Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. You must contact us first for a full refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund Requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

Product is defective
Product is not as described
Product must be in original packaging
Product must be unused
Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Wrong Address 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Wrong Size/Doesn't Fit

Size exchanges will be granted at your expense, meaning you are liable for the cost of reshipment. You must contact us in order to exchange sizes because we have to manually order you the proper size. Product must meet all refund requirements above. 

Shipping Items

Returns can be mailed to: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Shipping Methods

All products are shipped using our live rates integration which are carrier-calculated real-time rates. We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end-address. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email. This guarantees the fastest and most reliable way to ship our products to you. 

All of our products are shipped out using tracking numbers which can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out.
